Dear Sir/Madam,
You are currently in a dedicated application designed for reporting irregularities, meaning information about violations of law, in connection with the entry into force of the Act of June 14, 2024, on whistleblower protection. This act implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 23, 2019, on the protection of persons reporting breaches of Union law into the Polish legal framework. The purpose of introducing these regulations was to ensure a high level of protection for individuals who report legal violations (referred to as “whistleblowers”).
Plastimex operates based on strict adherence to legal regulations, best practices, and the highest ethical standards, continuously adapting its operations to legal changes. Our entire community strives to uphold values such as loyalty, honesty, integrity, openness, mutual trust, responsibility, and professionalism in the performance of duties with due diligence. In shaping its business strategy, Plastimex considers social interests, environmental protection, relations with various stakeholder groups, and the needs of the business environment. Plastimex places particular emphasis on corporate responsibility and the prevention of corruption both within its community and among business partners.
In fulfillment of the obligations arising from legal regulations and our adopted principles and values, we are providing you with information about the whistleblowing procedure applicable at Plastimex. The purpose of the Policy is to define a special procedure for reporting prohibited behaviors, acts, or omissions that constitute or may constitute circumvention, violation, or encouragement to violate the law and regulations that could harm relationships with Plastimex's clients, partners, or third parties.
In line with the European Union Directive and the Whistleblower Protection Act mentioned above, Plastimex has established a special, secure channel for reporting internal legal violations – a dedicated application for handling such reports, to facilitate and streamline the process of reporting irregularities. Please remember that anyone who knowingly submits a false internal report of irregularities will be subject to the responsibilities outlined in the Policy and applicable regulations, including the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Beside this, you will find a form through which you can create a new irregularity report, which, once submitted, will be processed according to the Policy guidelines. We also present you with the GDPR information clause related to the processing of the whistleblower’s personal data.
Please enter the 64-character access code you received when submitting your report. If you do not remember the code, you will need to create a new report.
